Travel Agencies in Nigeria: 7 Options for Flights, Holidays & Business Trips

Choose the kind of help you need before comparing agencies: a straightforward flight booking, a multi-stop holiday, a group trip or regular company travel. These seven options offer different starting points. Ask each shortlisted agency for the same itinerary, traveller count and fare conditions so the comparison is useful.

Compare the same ticket

Give every agency the same departure airports, dates, passenger names and baggage needs. A lower headline fare may have a different baggage allowance, connection, change fee or refund condition. Ask for the complete payable amount and the ticketing deadline in writing.

Check holiday inclusions

For a package, request named hotels or a clear substitution rule, room occupancy, meals, transfers, activities and any local fees. Find out whether flights are included and whether a minimum group size applies. Keep separate allowances for optional activities and personal spending.

Know who helps if plans change

Ask who will handle schedule changes and how to reach them during the trip. Separate the agency service charge from airline or hotel charges. Retain your booking reference, issued ticket and written itinerary rather than relying only on a payment receipt.

Treat document assistance accurately

An agency can explain its assistance service and fees, but government authorities decide applications. Check entry and transit requirements through the destination’s official sources for your passport and route. Do not make non-refundable commitments on the assumption that an application must succeed.

Questions before you decide

Is an agency always cheaper than booking directly?

No. Compare the same flight or hotel, fare rules, baggage and service fees. The value of an agency may also be in planning and support.

Can I use these agencies for business travel?

Finchglow and Bon Voyage publish corporate or business-travel services. Ask about reporting, approvals and support arrangements for your company.
